La calefacci\u00f3n y el agua caliente acostumbran a representar m\u00e1s de la mitad del importe de la factura de suministros. Es por este motivo, adem\u00e1s de por una cuesti\u00f3n de eficiencia energ\u00e9tica y ecolog\u00eda, que debemos tomar medidas para ahorrar en calefacci\u00f3n en invierno.<\/p>\n<h2>C\u00f3mo ahorrar en calefacci\u00f3n y agua caliente en invierno<\/h2>\n<h3>Iluminaci\u00f3n natural<\/h3>\n<p><strong>El sol, adem\u00e1s de luz, proporciona calor.<\/strong> Se calcula que una estancia en la que toque el sol de forma directa la temperatura puede subir entre 1 y 2 grados de media.<\/p>\n<h3>Ventilaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/roigsatnew.cetrexmarketing.com\/es\/la-ventilacion-del-hogar-es-esencial-cuando-usamos-sistemas-de-calefaccion\/\">Como ve\u00edamos en un post anterio<\/a>r,<strong> la ventilaci\u00f3n del hogar cuando se usan sistemas de calefacci\u00f3n es esencial para evitar intoxicaciones.<\/strong> Pero, evidentemente, esta ventilaci\u00f3n la tenemos que llevar a cabo teniendo en cuenta una serie de premisas para evitar tener una p\u00e9rdida cal\u00f3rica importante.<br \/>\nSe recomienda ventilar unos 10 minutos a primera hora de la ma\u00f1ana abriendo ventanas y puertas. Y, en funci\u00f3n del tipo de calefacci\u00f3n, se recomienda que se vuelva a ventilar por la tarde.<br \/>\nA pesar de que la ventilaci\u00f3n natural es imprescindible, tambi\u00e9n se debe tener en cuenta que existen sistemas de ventilaci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica que permiten filtrar, renovar el aire y recuperar el calor.<\/p>\n<h3>Aislamiento<\/h3>\n<p>Saber los puntos por los que puede entrar el aire en la casa es muy importante porque por estos perdemos calor. Muchas veces estos puntos son ventanas, puertas y, en general, puntos de conexi\u00f3n de la vivienda con el exterior. Para evitar estas fugar de calor <strong>se aconseja disponer de buenos aislantes como, por ejemplo, ventanas de doble cristal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Termostato<\/h3>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el Instituto para la Diversificaci\u00f3n y Ahorro de Energ\u00eda (IDAE) la temperatura del hogar se debe mantener entre 19 y 21 grados. Debemos tener en cuenta que contra m\u00e1s grados, m\u00e1s subir\u00e1 nuestra factura energ\u00e9tica.<br \/>\nNo tiene ning\u00fan sentido tener la calefacci\u00f3n y estar en manga corta en casa. Es preferible abrigarse un poco y tener la calefacci\u00f3n a menos grados.<\/p>\n<h3>Sistema de calefacci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>No hay un sistema de calefacci\u00f3n ideal; tenemos que buscar cu\u00e1l es el que mejor se ajusta a nuestras necesidades.
