La directiva europea afecta a un mill\u00f3n y medio de hogares de Espa\u00f1a.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>fecha l\u00edmite<\/strong> para instalar contadores individuales en las casas es el <strong>31 de diciembre de 2016.<\/strong> El sistema de c\u00e1lculo por coeficientes, utilizado hasta ahora, ya no tendr\u00e1 validez. Cada hogar pagar\u00e1 realmente seg\u00fan lo que consuma.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En Espa\u00f1a hay m\u00e1s de 1 mill\u00f3n de viviendas que cuentan con instalaciones de calefacci\u00f3n central. Este tipo de distribuci\u00f3n de calefacci\u00f3n era muy t\u00edpico en las construcciones de los 60 y 70. El problema, sin embargo, son las desventajas a nivel t\u00e9rmico que conllevan: derroche energ\u00e9tico, alto consumo y distribuci\u00f3n desequilibrada de la calefacci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Individualizaci\u00f3n y repartidores de coste<\/b><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los distribuidores son peque\u00f1os dispositivos que se instalan en los radiadores de las viviendas y permiten medir de manera individual el consumo de calefacci\u00f3n en las instalaciones centralizadas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los repartidores constan de una carcasa que cubre la electr\u00f3nica, una unidad de c\u00e1lculo, dos sensores, una pantalla LCD para ver los valores de consumo, una bateria y un mecanismo para proteger el repartidor de manipulaciones no autorizadas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-3357 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/roigsatnew.cetrexmarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/control-consumo-calefaccion-300x139.jpg\" alt=\"control consumo calefaccion\" width=\"300\" height=\"139\" srcset=\"https:\/\/roigsatnew.cetrexmarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/control-consumo-calefaccion-300x139.jpg 300w, https:\/\/roigsatnew.cetrexmarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/control-consumo-calefaccion.jpg 700w, https:\/\/roigsatnew.cetrexmarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/control-consumo-calefaccion-450x209.jpg 450w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan la norma EN 834:1994, los distribuidores de costes miden dos temperaturas: la temperatura ambiente de la habitaci\u00f3n y la del radiador. La norma UNE-EN-834:1994 muestra que el repartidor de costes tiene que ponerse en relaci\u00f3n con el radiador donde est\u00e9 instalado. Cada repartidor tiene que programarse seg\u00fan los factores definidos en la Norma UNE-EN-834:1994.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despu\u00e9s, la informaci\u00f3n de cada radiador se transmitir\u00e1 por radiofrecuencia de forma mensual o anual. Los datos se env\u00edan a un sistema de recogida de datos que la empresa encargada utilizar\u00e1 para medir de forma r\u00e1pida los valores de todos los repartidores. Se estima que el ahorro estriba entre el 20 y el 35%.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>V\u00e1lvulas termost\u00e1ticas para regular la temperatura<\/b><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se puede acompa\u00f1ar esta modalidad con las <strong>v\u00e1lvulas termost\u00e1ticas.<\/strong> As\u00ed se mejora la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica, logrando que se controle mejor el consumo de la calefacci\u00f3n en la vivienda. Recordemos que se trata del sistema que m\u00e1s gasto energ\u00e9tico genera en los hogares (un 46%).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las v\u00e1lvulas termost\u00e1ticas nos ayudan a <strong>regular mejor la distribuci\u00f3n del caudal de agua de la instalaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, seg\u00fan si el cabezal de la v\u00e1lvula est\u00e1 abierto o cerrado. Adem\u00e1s, si son programables, podremos controlar de manera absoluta el consumo de energ\u00eda de los radiadores.
