La mayor\u00eda de los hogares ya encienden la calefacci\u00f3n durante el d\u00eda, pero al llegar la noche nos surge cada a\u00f1o la misma pregunta: <strong>\u00bfes conveniente dejar la calefacci\u00f3n encendida mientras estamos durmiendo? A continuaci\u00f3n, te explicamos si esta acci\u00f3n es beneficiosa o no para nuestro cuerpo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Efectos de la calefacci\u00f3n encendida durante la noche<\/h2>\n<p>La clave para un sue\u00f1o efectivo est\u00e1 en <strong>mantener una temperatura constante y adecuada durante el descanso nocturno.<\/strong> El exceso de calor en el dormitorio al mantener la calefacci\u00f3n encendida puede dificultar o interrumpir el sue\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.separ.es\/\">Sociedad Espa\u00f1ola de Neumolog\u00eda y Cirug\u00eda Tor\u00e1cica<\/a> (SEPAR)<\/strong>, insiste en el hecho que <strong>la temperatura de la habitaci\u00f3n tiene importancia porque incide en la calidad del sue\u00f1o.<\/strong> El fr\u00edo o el calor extremo pueden provocar microdespertares que alteran el ritmo natural del mismo.<\/p>\n<p>El cuerpo tiene una temperatura constante durante el d\u00eda que es ligeramente superior a la temperatura de la noche. <strong>Durante la fase REM del sue\u00f1o<\/strong>, que es la m\u00e1s profunda, <strong>se produce un mayor descenso de la temperatura corporal. Si la habitaci\u00f3n en la que dormimos tiene un <a href=\"https:\/\/roigsatnew.cetrexmarketing.com\/es\/la-ventilacion-del-hogar-es-esencial-cuando-usamos-sistemas-de-calefaccion\/\">ambiente muy caluroso<\/a>, podemos alterar el ritmo de la temperatura corporal.<\/strong> Este hecho produce que el sue\u00f1o se vuelva m\u00e1s superficial y tengamos estos microdespertares.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, <strong>los m\u00e9dicos aconsejan que la temperatura id\u00f3nea de la habitaci\u00f3n en la que se duerma vaya entre los 18 y los 22 grados.<\/strong> Con una temperatura constante no alteraremos nuestro organismo y tendremos un sue\u00f1o de calidad.<\/p>\n<h2>Utiliza ropa adecuada para dormir<\/h2>\n<p>En referencia a la ropa que utilizamos en la cama, se da por hecho que la manta ha sido sustituida por el <strong>edred\u00f3n n\u00f3rdico<\/strong>. \u00c9ste es mucho m\u00e1s ligero que la manta y, adem\u00e1s, <strong>conserva mejor el calor en la cama.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si utilizamos <strong>pijamas de algod\u00f3n<\/strong> para dejar transpirar el cuerpo mientras dormimos, conseguiremos un efecto positivo en el sue\u00f1o. <strong>Lo importante en el momento de dormir es evitar que nos despertemos y romper as\u00ed la fase completa del sue\u00f1o.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con las fr\u00edas y largas noches de invierno muchas personas optan por no apagar las calderas y los radiadores.
